Buy with confidence – I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your floats, please return them to me in their original condition within 30 days of receipt and I will issue a full refund, no questions asked. (Although I always appreciate feedback so I can continue to improve my products and service.)
If anything arrives damaged, I would be grateful if you could send photographs of the damage. This helps me to make a claim with the delivery service.
Extended Christmas Returns
For Christmas orders placed between 1 November and 24 December, the return period is extended until 30 January.
If you have bought a present and the recipient would prefer a different pattern, I am happy to arrange an exchange. You will only need to pay:

Any difference in price (if applicable), and

The cost of postage for sending the replacement.
How to Return Your Floats
Fisrtly, please email me at handmadefishingfloats@yahoo.com to advise me of the issue - it might be that a replacement with no return required is decided on.

Please include a note inside the parcel with your name, contact details, and order information so I can identify your return and process your refund or exchange. Failure to include this information may cause delays.

I cannot be held responsible for any returned items that are lost in the post. It is your responsibility to obtain adequate proof of postage and, if desired, postal insurance or tracking.

I am unable to refund the cost of return postage. Sorry for any inconvenience.
