Interchangeable Fishing Float Sight Tips – Push-Fit Colour Tips

Change your float tip colour in seconds to suit changing light and water conditions.

These simple push-fit interchangeable fishing float sight tips allow you to alter the colour and visibility of many fishing floats without changing the float itself.

Choose a pack of five tips in your favourite colour, a mixed five-colour pack, or the Complete Mixed Pack containing all five colours in both Standard and Slim sizes

Anyone who has spent a day watching a float will know how quickly conditions can change. A bright sight tip that was perfectly visible first thing in the morning can become difficult to see when the sun comes out, the wind changes the surface of the water or the shadow from bankside trees moves across your swim.

Simply slide off the existing interchangeable tip and replace it with a colour that gives you better contrast.

Available in a choice of:

• Red
• Orange
• Yellow
• Black
• White

Black can be particularly effective against bright or silver water, while the fluorescent colours provide excellent contrast in darker conditions or against shaded water.

Easier-to-see fishing float tips

The sleeves also slightly increase the diameter of the original float tip.

This makes them particularly useful for anglers who prefer a larger, more visible sight tip, whether fishing at longer range or simply wanting something a little easier to watch throughout the day.

Because the interchangeable tips are made from very lightweight hollow plastic tube, they add very little weight to the float. In normal use this means changing the sight tip colour should have only a minimal effect on the float's cocking weight, allowing your existing shotting arrangement to remain virtually unchanged.

Two sizes available

Each interchangeable sight tip is approximately 12 mm / ½ inch long.

Standard Sight Tips
Designed to push snugly over the approximately 3 mm sight tips used on many of my handmade fishing floats.

Slim Sight Tips
A narrower version designed for finer tipped floats, including insert wagglers such as my Mini Balsa Insert Waggler.

The tips are designed as a snug push-fit accessory so they can be easily removed and exchanged while fishing.
