These replica Harcork floats are very delicate on the bite but incredibly buoyant and great for long trotting. Have been hugely successful over the years targeting grayling, perch, chub and even very shy barbel have been outwitted.

Have used these floats constantly in conjunction with a youngs Purist centre pin for grayling.super.

These floats have given me great success this season fished with a traditional youngs pin. Fished with 3lb straight through hook lengths I have had one of the best grayling season ever. Loads of fish between 2/3lb. These floats give me a great hook up ratio compared to my mate who fishes with me using waggler. Highly recommend these for trotting and don’t they look good with the pin.

The Perch Bob float took me back to my childhood catching perch on a lake in Kent, 60 odd years ago. I now intend to catch a few more with the couple I bought from Ian. Well made beautiful things.

Perch are my favourite fish, and perch bobs my favourite float to fish for them with, and of all the perch bobs I have this is my favourite. At just 2BB it's perfect for fishing with worms or prawns, and is a totemic looking float- exactly what Mr Crabtree would have suggested Peter use! Lovely colour scheme, well made, it's accounted for several perch over 2lb for me, and even on one occasion a decent accidental capture of a barbel. Great craftsmanship, performs well in the water, you definitely need a couple of these in your float box or float tube! Highly recommended.
